Thank you for shopping with Skinny Joey’s Cheesesteaks. All merchandise is produced on-demand through our trusted print partners to ensure consistent quality. Because each item is made especially for you after your order is placed, shipping times may vary by product and destination.

This Shipping Policy applies only to merchandise purchased through our online store. Restaurant food orders are not covered by this policy.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Production time (print-on-demand): 2–5 business days

Orders do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
During peak seasons, processing times may be extended by 1–3 business days.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping timelines begin after production is completed.

United States
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Canada
Estimated delivery: 8–17 business days

United Kingdom / Australia / EU Regions
Estimated delivery: 9–20 business days

Rest of World
Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier volume, weather, or seasonal factors.


3. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Because our merchandise is produced at multiple fulfillment facilities, items in your order may:

  • Ship separately

  • Arrive on different days

  • Come from different print partners

This is normal for print-on-demand orders.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Current carrier rates

Promotional offers may occasionally include discounted or free shipping.


5. TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is generated.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Old or previous addresses

  • Addresses where the carrier reports “Delivered”

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partners.


8. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

These fees are not included in product prices or shipping rates. Customers are responsible for any required import charges.


9. RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned-to-sender due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed delivery

  • Refusal of package

We can reship the order once a new shipping fee is paid.
Because items are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for returned-to-sender packages.


10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Approved claims will be replaced at no cost or issued store credit.

Replacements are issued only for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors. We do not replace items damaged through normal wear or customer handling.
