At Skinny Joey’s Cheesesteaks, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item or issue store credit for the full value of the product.

1. RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY

We accept returns only if the product arrives in one of the following conditions:

• Defective
• Misprinted
• Damaged in transit
• Incorrect item received

To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the defective or incorrect item

  3. A brief description of the issue

Approved returns will receive store credit or a replacement item at no additional cost.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

2. RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Because all items are printed to order, returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the store.

We may be able to assist with exchanges or order resolutions for issues such as:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Certain sizing concerns
  • Other order-related issues

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and our team will review your request and work toward a fair resolution.

Please note we generally cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected at checkout
  • Change of mind
  • Customer ordering errors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or digital mockups

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before placing an order.

3. Exchanges

If an item is defective, we will provide:

4. RETURN WINDOW

You must notify us of any issue within 14 days after the delivery date.

After 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return, replacement, or store credit.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COST

For defective items:
• We cover all return or replacement shipping costs.

6. HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

Include the following:

  1. Full name

  2. Order number

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Photo(s) showing the defect or incorrect product

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

7. STORE CREDIT DETAILS

If a return or replacement is approved, you will receive a store credit code for the value of the affected item. Store credit:

• Does not expire
• Can be used on any product in our store
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
Customers should contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins (usually within minutes of checkout), since each item is custom-printed immediately after purchase.
